Baptism: Julian

Julian was baptized right after Luke! It was fun to photograph one baptism and then another within the same religion under different cultures. Juilan’s baptism was an Armenian Orthodox, so beautiful! Here are some of my favorites…

Event: Luke’s Baptism

Luke is such a beautiful baby boy. He is my husband’s cousin’s son and just after we photographed his baptism, the family has moved the Ukraine for military reasons. This is a Serbian Orthodox baptism, they are beautiful, personal, and quite traditional. Being married to a Serbian Orthodox, both my children were baptized in the same manner (different church, same traditions). It was a pleasure to photograph Luke’s special day as it brings back memories of my own children’s baptisms. Funny enough, from this baptism, I went on to photograph another, an Armenian Orthodox baptism (which I will post next), also very beautiful, personal and traditional. For now, these are my favorites from Luke’s baptism…
