Welcome to my blog. Here you will see a variety of my work; weddings, events, babies, families, commercial work, and up to date information about what I am working on. I love taking photographs, and I hope (whether you are a first time visitor or one who visits often), that you know how much I appreciate you taking the time to look through my photography and appreciate your support!

I had the honor (and a lot of fun too) of photographing Nimish Patel for his campaign. On July 18, 2010 he is going to announce his intent to run for the School Board of Education for the Santa Monica and Malibu Unified School District. I took the main shot on the left, the others are the copyright and property of Mr. Patel.  If you are interested in following Nimish and his campaign, you can follow him on Facebook and Twitter So fun and more to come when his website officially launches!

This was a VERY fun engagement session!  Jennifer, James and I had a lot of fun traversing around Santa Monica for their engagement photos.  I loved how many different looks we were able to get and just how much fun we had!  Looking forward to the wedding…..which is today!  Congratulations to Jennifer and James!

I LOVE D this session!  We had so much fun taking photos down at the beach.  This is Tricia and Chance’s second pregnancy (and pregnancy session with me- you can see photos from her first session on my previous website: bella rosa lifestyle website located in the categories section of my blog).  It was so much fun to photograph their family! There are so many good photographs, it was hard to choose which ones to showcase, but here are some of my favorites from the day.  Tricia had a beautiful baby girl, whom I will post soon!  Congrats!

  1. LOVE these!

  2. Thank you, Vanessa!

  3. Thank you, Jennifer!! Once again you are AMAZING!! The pictures came out great! I love that you create such a fun environment. It makes being in front of a camera less intimidating. You seem to always capture special moments! Thanks again! Love always, Tricia Redmond & Family

  4. I absolutely love all of these shots… I hope I look that cute when I’m preggo! ;) Awesome work!

What a beautiful vintage themed elopement in Santa Barbara.  Megan and Jean Marie eloped because Megan’s father is not well and she wanted to show her dad that she was going to be taken care of so he could let go and move on to the next life.  She brought the book, “Where the Red Fern Grows” not only because it is her favorite, but because her father had given her the book as a girl.  I have never been so moved as I was by Megan and Jean Marie.  They are such a beautiful couple, and I thank them both for a beautiful afternoon.
